Raisin Oatmeal Biscuits

Hi Mom's and Dad's! Cooking from scratch is such a enjoyable process. Being a home baker will also be good for your wallet. We bake lots of treats at home so that we can save money and choose which ingredients to include in our food. We are a sugar free family so we limit our refined sugar as much as possible. These yummy oatmeal raisin biscuits are low in sugar and sweetened with a little brown sugar and raisins! We make these at night so that we could eat them for breakfast the next morning. These were super yummy and a healthy treat. To get the recipe for these raisin oatmeal biscuits we blended two recipes together to get this special treat.

I am going to teach you how to make oatmeal raisin biscuits. We used the oatmeal cookie recipe on the back of our quick oat's container as well as the biscuit recipe on our baking powder can. For this recipe you will need the ingredients listed below. Most of the ingredients you will probably already have in your pantry. As a home baker you will need to always have butter, flour, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon, oats, and milk on hand. For this recipe you will need these ingredients as well as raisins.
