today I’m going to talk about working as a homeschool mom. It is possible to work as a homeschool mom but it’s also very challenging. We have to ask ourselves what’s important in our lives and what do we need to focus on. If building an online business or building a small homestead is something that you were interested in Homeschooling may take up too much of your time. So you have to realize what your priorities are and if you have time to be a homeschool mom. Been a homeschool mom is a great experience  as long as you have the time to invest into your kids education and their futures.

So the last year we have been in the process of selling our home and I’ve been homeschooling and try to build on My Business it’s been really crazy. So I have to ask myself what is it that I need to invest more time into. Because I don’t want to run myself ragged trying to do everything when we have public schools they provide free education and childcare. As a mom I want to be supermom and do everything for everyone but I have to realize that some people are there for us to utilize to make our lives better for us and our children . So for us Homeschooling next year is not on our calendar we plan on putting our children into public school or private school for the next year. My aunt who homeschooled all of her children have given me some advice that said each year you can pray about whether it’s right for you to homeschool that year or not some years you can homeschool and some years it might be better to put them into school. So know that this isn’t the end of your homeschooling journey you may homeschool later but for right now in my life and what we’re trying to do next year we’re going to be having our kids in school.. Homeschool Mom Encouragement

Today I’m giving you some homeschool mom encouragement. I want to encourage my fellow homeschool moms and let them know what they’re doing is so humble and so kind. It takes somebody with a lot of patience and caring to be able to homeschool their children. Most days I don’t know why I chose this path. But there are usually moments with in my day that help me realize what a blessing it has been on me and my children to homeschool. Usually the moments of bliss come when I have Help Homeschooling. Whether it is my mom helping or my husband it’s always nice to have someone there giving me support with the children.

Will We Homeschool Next Year?

We have been debating whether we should continue homeschooling or focus on building our homestead. I thought that I could homeschool and work at the same time but the reality of it is is that Homeschooling requires a lot of my time.  And as a homeschool mom I’m not getting paid where my family needs me to help them financially. So I have a mom I have to make the decision whether it’s more important to homeschool or if it’s more important to help my family financially.

So what we are doing is choosing to put our children into public school for the next year. I will still be a stay at home mom working on her on my business on the side. I will be there for my children as much as I can helping them after school hopefully seen them for lunches and being able to be there to pick them up from school and drop them off. So I am so grateful for the opportunity to stay home with my children and to put them into a public school. Because sometimes we just need a little extra help in the schools can offer us that help that we need.

Pros of Homeschooling

There are many pros of Homeschooling. One of the greatest benefits of homeschooling is creating a strong bond between you and your children. The academic benefit that you get to provide your children is also very appealing to Homeschooling. You also get the freedom to decide when to do things such as get up in the morning time for lunches and homework time.

Disadvantages of Homeschooling

Some of the disadvantage is of Homeschooling are the lack of personal time. As a mom ca some of the disadvantage is of Homeschooling are the lack of personal time. As a mom Entrepreneur I need time to invest in an online strategies and online SEO to build our website our podcast and create products digitally and physically to sell online. So I am faced with the challenge of not having time to work. That can be a hard challenge for people who need to provide more income to their family.

Is Homeschooling Right for Me?

I really enjoyed Homeschooling my child for the first year of kindergarten. But I don’t know if Homeschooling is right for everyone. To be a good homeschool mom you have to plan proper lessons and execute those lessons. This takes a lot of time and commitment to your child’s future and their education. So is Homeschooling right for everybody? I would say it’s right for people who can be a stay at home mom and not have to worry about helping financially.  because I have personally experienced it’s very challenging to try to homeschool and work at the same time.
